The pricing felt a bit unclear to me from the start, i should’ve trusted my instinct. I went through signup thinking certain things were included, then got to checkout and saw extra charges I wasn’t expecting. The service itself might be fine, but I really wish the full cost breakdown had been shown earlier

"Not sure the virtual mailbox was worth it"
I signed up for the virtual mailbox thinking it would make things easier, but i was kind of disappointed. Mail seemed to take longer than I expected to show up, and the scans weren’t always clear. There were even a couple of times where I had to ask what the document actually said.
Support did get back to me, so I don’t want to say they ignored me, but it felt a little slow and not that helpful. For something meant to handle important mail, I guess I expected it to be more dependable. I hesitated for a bit, but I ended up canceling and switching to another service.

Setting up the company was more of a hassle than I expected. Some parts were okay, but overall it took me way too long to figure out and wasn’t nearly as simple as I thought it would be. Definitely a bit hit or miss for me.

I tried businessanywhere.io and the service was faster than I expected. The setup and documents came through quickly, and I didn’t really have to chase anyone, which was nice. I’m usually a bit skeptical when companies use super polished language and make everything sound effortless, because that’s not always how it goes in real life. But in this case, it mostly did go smoothly. One email was a little unclear, but support got back to me soon after and cleared it up. "Tired of Dealing With the Same Compliance Issues"
I used BusinessAnywhere for compliance help, and it just wore me down. The replies were slow, and most of the answers felt like they were copied and pasted instead of actually addressing what I was asking.
I kept having to explain the same issue over and over, which got really frustrating fast. Even after all that, I still wasn’t clear on what was actually due, and I was just tired of chasing answers. Not worth the stress for me

"Clear, enough, and easy to follow"
Their messages were easy to understand, and I didn’t really have to keep asking the same thing over and over. They were a little slow one time, but overall, the communication was good, clear, and simple to follow.

"Registered agent wasn’t very dependable"
They missed notices twice, which was frustrating. I expected them to stay on top of that kind of thing, if that makes sense.

The problem never really got sorted out. I reached out to support, waited, followed up... then more delays. A lot of back and forth, but no real fix. It’s still an issue, which is frustrating

"Faster than I expected"
I tried Businessanywhere and overall had a good experience. The turnaround was quicker than I thought it would be, though it definitely wasn’t instant. My paperwork got handled without any issues, and I did get updates along the way. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the process was a little clearer at each step, but for the most part, I was happy with how things went.

My document had the wrong info on it, so I had to reach out and ask them to fix it. Like I said, it wasn’t a huge disaster, but it did slow everything down. And like I said, once I noticed that mistake, I felt like I had to double check everything else too. Not really what I was expecting

I kind of assumed that once support got back to me, the problem would be on its way to being fixed. Not really the case here. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the answer felt generic and didn’t actually solve what I was dealing with. I ended up still having to figure most of it out myself.

"Good for privacy, but I felt a bit misled"
I signed up for BusinessAnywhere mostly because I didn’t want my home address showing up on public records. The setup was straightforward, and from what I can tell, the privacy side does what I needed. That said, I did feel a little misled about how smooth everything would be, since support took longer than I expected to get back to me at one point. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make the experience feel less seamless than advertised. Overall, I’m still happy with it, just wish the expectations had been a bit clearer upfront

I did get my issue sorted out in the end, so I can’t say support was bad. They were polite and eventually helped me, but the replies took way longer than I expected. I felt like I wasted a lot of energy checking back and waiting around for updates. Overall, it was okay, but it would’ve been a much better experience if they were quicker to respond.

"Notary stuff was a hassle all over again"
I used BusinessAnywhere for the notary part because I thought it would make things quicker, but it just turned into another annoying process. There was too much back and forth, and I still ended up having to figure out a lot of it myself. I’ve dealt with this kind of runaround before, so having the same issue again was frustrating. For something that’s supposed to make online paperwork easier, it really didn’t feel that way. I wouldn’t use it again.

I’ve been using Business Anywhere for a few months or so, and it’s been okay overall. Things have mostly gone smoothly, and when I needed help, support got back to me. It’s not like totally perfect or anything, but I’d say I trust them for the most part.

"The dashboard feels weirdly frustrating"
I found the dashboard annoying to use. It feels cluttered, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. It also felt slower than I expected, which made me wonder if something was off or if it’s just not designed very well. Maybe other people are fine with it, but I got frustrated with it quickly.

"Didn’t feel worth it compared to other options"
I used BusinessAnywhere for setting up my LLC and handling some registered agent/mail services, but for the price, I didn’t feel like I got that much value. A lot of the features felt basic, and the fees started adding up quicker than I expected. Compared to what I’ve seen other people get with similar services, this just didn’t stand out to me. Maybe it works fine for some business owners, but I personally wouldn’t pay for it again

"Easy setup overall, a little slower than I expected"
I signed up for BusinessAnywhere and the setup was straightforward overall. Compared to a couple of other services I’ve tried, the steps felt cleaner and less confusing, so I never really felt like I was guessing what to do next.
There was one part that took a bit longer to get approved, and that’s where I wish they gave a little more detail about what was happening behind the scenes. Some competitors are a bit better at showing status updates, so that part could be improved.
I reached out to support with a question and they did get back to me with a helpful answer. It wasn’t instant, but it was solid. Overall, it was a good first experience and definitely smoother than some alternatives, just with a few small spots that could be tightened up.
